Alternative Hair (Wigs, Toppers, Extensions)
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction with your online order is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can be challenging and there may be times when a change needs to be made in relation to colour selection, size and/or style of your wig or topper.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Truly You offers the following options:
1. Exchange: Exchange item for another comparable product within 15 days of receipt. The cost difference will either be charged or refunded to you based on the value of the exchange. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
2. Store Credit: You may return your item for a store credit to be used for future order(s).
The purchaser must follow our Return Policy Guidelines to receive an exchange or store credit for their alternative hair products.
Return Policy Guidelines:
Only unaltered, unworn and undamaged wigs & toppers are eligible for exchange or store credit. Truly You Hair and Scalp Clinic does not re-sell slightly worn, altered, or damaged merchandise. Quality assurance and standards for our clients are paramount.
When you receive your wig, it is very important to handle it carefully, and keep ALL original tags intact until you are 100% sure you are happy with the product. If you’d like to exchange your product, or receive a store credit, please ensure you follow our Return Policy Guidelines.
All exchanges or credits will be subject to a strict quality control inspection from our company. In the event one or more of our Return Policies are not followed, we reserve the right to deny any exchanges or store credits, and the product will be shipped back to the sender.
1. If you’d like to exchange your product or receive a store credit, please notify us by phone 1-866-605-9447 (toll-free) / 905-821-1092 or email [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your product.
2. You will be given an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to be clearly placed on the return package. You have 15 business days from the date you receive your product to have it reach our company. Items received beyond 15 days will not be considered for exchange or store credit and be returned to the sender. Items eligible for exchange or credit will be processed within 5-7 days upon date of receipt and approval.

3. All shipment costs involved in returning the product will be at the client’s expense.
4. All returned merchandise must be re-packaged in its original packaging in the exact condition it was received. The product must have all its original labels/tags intact.
5. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. DO NOT comb, brush, wash, cut, blow-dry, flat iron, colour or apply product to the wig or topper, or alter the merchandise in any way.
6. DO NOT wear the wig or topper beyond trying it on for a fitting. Slightly worn merchandise will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
7. The product must be returned completely scent-free, including free of tobacco smoke, perfume, or any other odour or scent.
8. Hair Extensions are final sale due to the nature of the product.
9. Merchandise that is discounted or on clearance is final sale.
10. Custom or special orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit. All sales are final.
11. Hair care products & accessories, including combs, brushes, wig stands, and liquids (shampoos, conditioners, etc.) are final sale.
12. There may be a restocking fee of $20.00 deducted from the refund.

- Truly You Hair and Scalp Clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a popular item exceeds inventory. If this occurs, we will contact you with an estimated arrival date and offer you the option to wait for your original order; select an alternative colour, style, or product; or cancel your original order with a full refund.
