OptiFer Alpha Heme Iron Supplement

Description

OptiFer Alpha is a naturally sourced heme iron.

Heme iron supplements allow for better absorption of iron with little to no side effects.  Heme iron can be taken with or without food and its absorption is not affected by caffeinated drinks such as tea or coffee, or foods such as chocolate, eggs or leafy greens such as spinach.

Heme iron is also more convenient to take as absorption enhancers such as Vitamin C are not required.
